The board of Endeleo foundation consists of the following people:

Henrike Konings – Chairman/Secretary:

Henrike Konings has studied Employment & Organisation Psychology. During her study years, she was one of the founders of her student union where she was a director for 4 years. In her current professional life, she measures the quality and customer focus within organisations. As a result of many longhaul holidays in developing countries, she realised she would like to actively contribute to ongoing projects in the Third World countries.

Erwin Spits – Treasurer:

Erwin Spits is an electronics engineer and a very technically innovative person. After having witnessed a few heart wrenching situations during his travels around the world and realising he has ‘everything’, he decided to contribute his time and knowledge for the aid to those who have nothing and are in most need of aid.

Magda Vrijs :

After having spent her professional life in a financial institution, Magda Vrijs was impressed by the hospitality of the local people during a visit to Tanzania. Together with a Tanzanian partner, she proceeded to start a safari company in Tanzania. Through a friend, she came in contact with a local Tanzanian orphanage and was immediately touched by the enormous involvement and positive attitude. As she lives in Tanzania, Magda can offer local guidance as the project is carried out.

Peter van Osch :

Peter van Osch studied Dutch law. In 1997 he founded his own company. This company has the aim to assist start-ups on both legal and organizational areas.
He wants to use his knowledge and experience for people who are less lucky than we are.

Former board members :

Dick Schreurs – Treasurer:

Dick Schreurs is employed as a controller at the University of Maastricht. Motivated by community involvement, he has gained experience as a Treasurer with several other foundations. As co-founder of the Endeleo Foundation, he has the possibility to make a genuine difference with the assistance of a few other people and contribute to the improvement of the life standards of those who need it most.

Peter Pinckers:

Peter Pinckers is very involved in the global community and has contributed, through several organisations , to mostly child orientated projects and aid for the disabled. He has a technical background as an engineer and economist. His contribution to the Endeleo Foundation is mostly concerned with the management of the realisation of the objectives.
